The BYD DOLPHIN is an agile and versatile electric hatchback featuring BYD’s ‘Ocean aesthetics’ design concept. Its sophisticated bodywork combines sharp crease lines and flowing contours to create a confident and elegant appearance, complemented by an all-electric powertrain.
The BYD DOLPHIN’s front and rear lighting design is inspired by the dynamic movement of dolphins breaching from the ocean. The continuous LED headlight runs across the centre grille, while the dynamic rear light design adds to the car’s distinctive appearance.

The BYD DOLPHIN interior features a futuristic suspended centre console that creates a modern and dynamic driving environment. Metal trim runs across the dashboard, forming a minimalist curved surface.
Key functions and controls are integrated into the centre console using tactile slider switch gear, making important controls easier for the driver to locate.
The BYD DOLPHIN features a large central display that brings together intelligent voice and connected car functions. Its 4G intelligent connection system supports a connected driving experience, while Over-The-Air updates provide access to the latest technological advancements.
Navigation is included as standard, alongside Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Intelligent voice control provides another convenient way to interact with the car’s functions and entertainment features.
The BYD DOLPHIN features integrated sports seats designed to provide long-distance comfort and strong lateral support during cornering. The vegan leather seats offer multiple-way adjustment, allowing the seating position to be tailored to individual requirements.

The rear passenger compartment benefits from a flat floor, providing additional comfort and space for middle-seat passengers. The large boot offers 345 litres of capacity, which can be expanded to 1,310 litres with the rear seats folded flat.
The BYD DOLPHIN is powered by BYD Blade Battery technology and an all-electric powertrain. It delivers a maximum power output of 150kW and can accelerate from 0 to 62mph in 7 seconds.
The BYD DOLPHIN has a maximum range of up to 265 miles, with a maximum speed of 99mph. Its Blade Battery uses lithium iron phosphate technology, supporting the electric hatchback’s all-electric driving experience.
