The BYD ATTO 2 is a compact electric SUV with a striking exterior. It adopts BYD’s family design language of the dragon face, created by BYD’s Global Design Director, Wolfgang Egger.
Short overhangs and powerful curves across the body create a sporty look, while the robust exterior emphasises strength and durability.
The BYD ATTO 2 features sharp LED headlights paired with distinctive daytime-running lights. The lighting is designed to optimise visibility and safety while illuminating the road ahead.
At the rear, the continuous tail-light design incorporates the recognisable symbol of a Möbius ring, creating a distinctive lighting signature for the compact electric SUV.
Designed for the urban explorer, the BYD ATTO 2 is a 4.3-metre-long compact SUV that offers a surprisingly spacious interior.
Its compact dimensions, easy manoeuvrability and small turning radius make it well suited to city life, while comfortable handling helps make everyday driving more enjoyable.
The BYD ATTO 2 interior combines eco-friendly sleek vegan leather seats with high-quality materials throughout the dashboard and door panels.
Multifunctional seats provide comfort with electronic adjustment and a heating function. The elevated driving position provides better visibility in busy traffic, helping make city driving safer and more controlled.
The BYD ATTO 2 uses BYD e-Platform 3.0 and its compact battery pack to optimise interior space. Generous headroom and legroom are provided for both front and rear passengers, helping create a comfortable cabin even for taller passengers.
The compact SUV has a 400-litre boot, which can expand to 1,340 litres when the rear seats are folded down. Smart storage throughout the cabin provides additional space for everyday essentials.
The panoramic sunroof enhances the spacious and airy atmosphere inside the BYD ATTO 2. Ambient lighting and wireless charging add further flexibility and sophistication to the cabin.
The compact SUV also features a rotatable screen integrating navigation, apps and infotainment features. The BYD Intelligent Cockpit includes 4G connectivity, navigation as standard, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The BYD ATTO 2 features in-house-developed Cell-to-Body construction, integrating the Blade Battery into the vehicle’s body. This creates a strong sandwich structure that can increase the torsional stiffness of the vehicle body by 32%, enhancing safety, stability and handling.
Its world’s first mass-produced 8-in-1 electric powertrain combines key components to maximise space utilisation and enhance energy efficiency. A high-efficiency heat-pump system is also fitted as standard, using residual heat to improve thermal efficiency, reduce energy loss and increase driving range in low temperatures.
Intelligent voice control, Over-The-Air updates, NFC keyless entry and remote air-conditioning control add further convenience to the BYD ATTO 2.
