By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 The following eligibility criteria apply to all Promotions
(a) Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
(b) Retail customers only – excludes business, fleet, leasing, and Motability customers.
(c) Employees of OMODA & JAECOO UK Ltd, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with a Promotion are excluded.

1.2 Offers are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash alternative, and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

2.1 Qualifying Activity:
Complete a test drive of a new CHERY vehicle during the VIP Rewards Event (13th – 16th Nov) at a participating retailer.
2.2 Reward:
Unique IMO Car Wash promo code for 12 x IMO ‘Wash 3’ car washes via the IMO app.
2.3 Redemption:
(a) Code emailed within 5 working days of qualifying test drive;
(b) Download IMO app, register, and add your code;
(c) Present in-app voucher at participating IMO sites.
2.4 The 12 Free Car Washes are valid until 30th November 2026.
2.5 Subject to participating IMO location availability. We are not responsible for IMO service quality.
3.1 Qualifying Activity:
Purchase a new CHERY model between 13th – 16th Nov, with delivery and registration completed by 30th Nov 2025. Purchaser must be the registered keeper.
3.2 Reward:
Unique claim code to apply for a Free £500 Prepaid Fuel Card.
3.3 Redemption:
(a) Apply at cheryreward.co.uk, using the unique code emailed to you, by 31 December 2025 and complete the online application. You will need to provide:

(b)Upon successful verification, you will be sent a £500 Prepaid Fuel Card to the address provided, within 21 working days.
3.4 The Prepaid Fuel Card is valid for use at any UK fuel station, where Mastercard® is accepted, until the £500 balance is depleted.
3.5 The Prepaid Fuel Card cannot be used at self-service payment pumps.
3.6 The Prepaid Fuel Card is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
3.7 Only one Prepaid Fuel Card will be issued per vehicle purchase.
3.8 The Prepaid Fuel Card is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
3.9 Should you cancel or withdraw from the purchase of your Chery vehicle, you will forfeit the £500 Prepaid Fuel Card. If the Prepaid Fuel Card has already been issued, it will be void, and you may be required to return the Prepaid Fuel Card.
3.10 By participating in this promotion the details you provide on the online claim form will be processed by intermediaries, Grace and Courage Ltd and Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited (trading as B4B Payments), to issue the £500 Prepaid Fuel Card. The information provided will be checked by B4B Payments to confirm the identity of the claimant.
3.11 Grace and Courage Ltd and B4B Payments reserve the right to contact (via email) the claimant directly to validate their identity, or during the validity period of your Prepaid Fuel Card, regarding its usage, where necessary.
3.12 The Prepaid Fuel Card is issued by Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited (trading as B4B Payments), who are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to conduct electronic money service activities under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 with Firm Reference number 930619; pursuant to license from Mastercard International. Mastercard® is a registered trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated.
4.1 We accept no responsibility for technical errors, delays, or issues outside our control affecting participation or redemption.
4.2 We are not responsible for the quality, fulfilment, or availability of third-party services (e.g. IMO Car Wash, Prepaid Fuel Cards). Any disputes regarding such services must be taken up directly with the service provider.
4.3 We reserve the right to verify customer eligibility, including identity, residency, and qualifying purchase/test drive details. We may withhold or withdraw any reward if fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
4.4 Personal data provided for a Promotion will be processed by OMODA & JAECOO UK Ltd and its appointed partners (including IMO Car Wash, Rhino Design (Manchester) Ltd, Grace & Courage Ltd, and Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited (trading as B4B Payments), solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.5 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
