Our standard document retention policy is 7 years from date of transaction, for vehicle sales (from June 2023), Deal File Documents are stored electronically via iStoreDOCS and customers are provided with a secure login (provided they have a valid email address) with two-factor authentication so they can access this information. Other documentation is stored at a secure location.

We cross check your data with DVLA to ensure accurate and timely communications. We track data using email interaction to understand whether communication reach you e.g. service reminders. We also check driver and vehicle profiles including drive time, vehicle age and type of work due to help prioritse customer contact.
We combine data from various sources* e.g. Service Plan Providers, Vehicle health check systems into one place, to deliver an imrpoved customer experience.
