Our standard document retention policy is 7 years from date of transaction, for vehicle sales (from June 2023), Deal File Documents are stored electronically via iStoreDOCS and customers are provided with a secure login (provided they have a valid email address) with two-factor authentication so they can access this information. If you want us to arrange Finance, our finance providers will conduct an affordability assessment on you before making a decision whether to offer you finance to fund your vehicle, they will conduct credit searches using agencies such as Experian and CIFAS.
We cross check your data with DVLA to ensure accurate and timely communications. We track data using email interaction to understand whether communication reach you e.g. service reminders. We also check driver and vehicle profiles including drive time, vehicle age and type of work due to help prioritse customer contact.
We combine data from various sources* e.g. Service Plan Providers, Vehicle health check systems into one place, to deliver an imrpoved customer experience.
