Philip Rossall has completed his epic tour of Britain

Philip Rossall has completed the North West Honda (part of Cox Motor Group) sponsored ‘Spare Pair of Underpants Tour’ in aid of the Young Oncology Unit at Christie’s Hospital. While dodging various wildlife and riding through hurricanes and typhoons he has made it through and raised a fantastic £3362.50.

Philip has kept his Facebook followers entertained along the way with his witty and sometimes heart felt diary of every day spent riding his Honda NC700X around the 3601 miles of UK coastline.

He thanked everybody for their generosity, including his main sponsor North West Honda Motorcycles: “I just wanted to say a big thanks to you for your sponsorship of my tour of Britain. I have now completed it and the bike (Honda NC700X) was flawless throughout apart from squaring off the back tyre which is to be expected. It took 2 weeks and was 3601 miles in all, and for the greatest part dry except Wales which never seems to be dry when I go. Please pass on my thanks to the rest of your team.”

David Cox, the Managing Director of North West Honda commented: “I am very proud to sponsor such a humble, ambitious and determined man. Philip has done fantastically well with his tour and raised over £3000 which is highly commendable.”

You can still donate to this worthwhile cause.
