You must be a pleasure to speak to face to face, on the telephone and across video platforms. An ability to engage via social media would be an advantage too to help bring even more personality to our dealership. Good written communication will definitely help you sell via email and being on top of things is an absolute must, our customers expect it and rightly so!
You will no doubt be passionate about motorcycles. We want you to make our customers passionate about our motorcycles too. You’ll need a full motorcycle licence as we want you to be able to talk from experience about our products.
The job is based around a £15,000 basic salary with an OTE in excess of £25,000 for the right candidate. As a trainee you will be coached and mentored into the role. So ultimately, we don’t need you to have previous experience. Just the ability to listen and implement our ideas. We’re confident in our training and have a great track record for advancement here at the Cox Motor Group.
