"I would like to extend my gratitude and thanks to all your excellent staff who helped cure a very annoying and upsetting fault on my car. I bought a Golf car from you on the 9th of June 2016. After about 2 weeks a fault developed, the engine management light came on.
I was told by Volkswagen breakdown to turn the car off and back on again and if the light went off then everything would be ok. I did this and carried on driving. Over the course of the year the light came on more often. I took it to a Volkswagen agent in Preston, as I live in Preston, they couldn't find a fault. I went back to them 3 times and was told not to come back till the light stayed on permanently (not what I wanted to hear from a service manager who is qualified to repair these cars).
Chris Walker your salesman rang me about 4 weeks ago to enquire how I was going with the car. I told him about the fault and he suggested I give your technicians a try. I came into your place and Emma Tyson booked me in for an inspection on the 3/03/17, I brought it in 08-30 and within 2hrs I received a video from your technician Alex Outhwaite that he had found the problem. Unbelievable, I was over the moon, at last someone who tried to find the fault. Unfortunately the part wasn't in stock, so Emma bent over backwards to help and got the car repaired today. So, once again, I would like to thank Chris, Emma and Alex for their excellent work and attitude they had for my problem and also all of your staff that I came across on my visits all were very helpful. You have a lovely place, excellent staff and a pleasure to do business with. "

Mark Snape guided me through the paperwork expertly, did not try to persuade me one way or another when I took a test drive, no pressure on me at all, very pleased with that. "My son bought a car from you unseen because we live in Scotland, something I thought I would never do, however the treatment we have received has been fantastic. The car was delivered at no cost to our house exactly as advertised. We had a couple of minor issues after a couple of weeks which you promptly sorted out. After a month though the clutch on the car went really heavy, almost undriveable. After a phone call to you you sent someone up to Scotland to pick the car up, left a courtesy car and took the car down to Lancaster where you replaced the clutch. The car was then delivered back to us one day later [with a full tank of fuel] . I cannot thank you enough for the service which as been absolutely amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from you. "
