"From the moment we traded in our Honda Accord for the 3 year old Honda Jazz we took the decision that when we replaced the Jazz we would buy our next car using the one payment plan and it would be a brand new Honda CRV EX and we told the dealership at that time exactly when that would be (we were two months early). All our expectations were met even though in the meantime the Honda CRV had been replaced with a newer model. We both wanted the same thing in our next car and we were not disappointed."

"Great service and very nice staff.

I booked a clutch replacement for my civic 58 plate. On the way to the garage from Glasgow I broke down (snapped driving belt) and so I could not make it by the scheduled time. I phoned the garage and they were happy for my car to be brought down to their garage by green flag.

I had my courtesy car kept for me until my late arrival and I was able to keep it for longer than initially agreed at no extra cost. My car got fixed and the clutch replaced the next day and it did not cost an arm and a leg for the parts and labour. The Honda technician explained to me in advance what had happened for the belt to snap, showing to me some of the parts that were the main cause. They were knowledgeable and always have a pleasant attitude when I phoned on several occasions to check how they were getting on with my car.

One of the best experiences I have had with a car garage! I'd recommend them to anyone!

The Civic suddenly developed 'software' problems and, as we go on holiday tomorrow, I was hoping that 'someone' could sort it for us. On arrival at Honda, Sylvia immediately arranged for the car to be checked over and Kyle did an upgrade on the software for us. I sincerely hope that both the Service and Sales Departments realise the important contribution that this support plays towards the 'Sales Effort' as a whole!!
