Lancaster Giants match report 26th April.

Match report for Lancaster Giants vs Kendal Ibis.

1st Half
Both teams were primed ready to go, after constant pressure being applied by all involved a Kendal player was accidental taken down and given a free kick. No goal. In response Izzy moved forward creating a corner. Emily had a good run down the left wing helped by Katie resulting in a corner. Another corner from Erin...no result unlucky. A throw in from Kendal...good save from Ellie whilst under serious pressure. Amelia battling well she is not for giving up. Excellent skills being displayed by Gracie as she takes the ball off number 12. Katy shot on target but unfortunately it was saved . Goalie passing worried looks to team mates. Come on Giants!

2nd Half.
Improved passing by the team. Olivia to Kizzy to Gracie to Izzy shot on goal. Another corner from Kendal but missed shot on goal. Throw in by Kendal all Giants now passing well. Katie and Erin were working hard, Emily , Ameila, Izzy and Gracie flying up and down the pitch providing support. Kendal shot on goal collected by our goalie again. Well done brilliant save! Good pass to Olivia from Kizzy and Amelia taking ball up Olivia nearly scored as goalie came out opposition stole her chance. Ellie collected the ball yet again and sent it off. Suddenly, there was number 4 and Kendal scored.
